Full Time IT Consultant Needed

We are currently looking to hire an experienced IT Consultant.

Job Responsibilities and Qualities

In office and onsite support calls to customers around the Chicagoland area to provide scheduled and emergency support for Windows network (knowledge of Linux, Mac and Novell is helpful – but not required).

Maintaining systems including Win XP Pro, Win2K Server, Win2K3 Server, Exchange, and IIS.

• Customer Service oriented
• Strong Communication Skills
• Self Starter and Self-Managed
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent problem solving skills
• Professional appearance
• The ability to work at off hours
• Attention to detail is critical

Certifications for the position

Minimum: MCSE or MCP
Nice to have: CCNA

Experience Required

5-7 years
